COMMUNITY LIVING PROGRAMS
GROUP LIVING will provide a means to improve life skills and personal/social adjustment of individuals needing 24-hour but non-medical supervision. Also, Group Living will render support to enable individuals to become more self-sufficient in the community and enhance transition to a less restrictive living environment.

Osawatomie Group Homes
SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING provides a less restrictive environment than Group Living. Supervision is provided according to the individual’s needs in their current living situation. These services may include assistance with grocery shopping, transportation, budgeting/banking, and communications.
INDEPENDENT LIVING provides minimal support services to individuals living in the community.
